AHL Booster Club Convention

Hello Members and Friends!

As you may or may not have heard by now our booster club is hosting the 2026 Association of AHL Booster Clubs Convention! The committee is busy planning what we hope will be an enjoyable and memorable time!

If you have never been to a convention before, not to worry! Convention is about having fun and being welcomed into the family, since we do refer to convention as a family reunion! Every year, the host club is in-charge of com-ing up with a theme. The theme we chose is “Candyland”. On the Friday night of convention we have a time to dress up as the theme. Feel free to dress up as your favorite kind of candy or even a piece from every child’s favorite game of Candyland!

Convention is a great way to spend time with members from your booster club, as well as members from other clubs from around the American Hockey League! We also love to talk about our favorite hockey moments, net-work, and socialize! The HBBC convention committee is busy planning all the side trips around the Hershey- Harrisburg area and making sure your time at convention is as sweet as the chocolate in Hershey! So join us at the 2026 convention from Friday, September 11th to Sunday September 13th! Hotel: Best Western Premier The Central Hotel & Conference Center, 800 E. Park Drive, Harrisburg

What is included in what you pay:

• Hotel stay September 11-13, 2026

• Evening Meals Friday and Saturday

• Breakfast Saturday and Sunday

Prices:

Quad: $250.00 per person Triple: $275.00 per person Double: $320.00 per person Single: $455.00 per person

A $50.00 deposit is due to the club by March 28, 2026 and final payment is due to the HBBC P.O. Box by June 10, 2026.

Early arrivals or late departure arrangements should be made directly with the hotel. These arrangements are to be paid by the attendee and are to be made by August 10, 2026. Price per night is: $138.70 per night.
